The class includes starting sourdough from scratch (for pizza, bread, pancakes, etc), selecting wood and firing up the oven, preparing wood fired pizza (dough, homemade sauce and toppings), wood-fired vegetable au gratin, Dorper lamb roast, wood-fired dessert… with notes and recipes to take home.
