Books to be won - Good Bread and Bad Eggs

We have some copies of Yoke Mardewi's wild sourdough to be won. The book is an exhaustive and informative guide to sourdough breadmaking. It covers starters, breads - sweet and savoury, cakes, pizza bases, wheat free breads and a few extra treats to boot.
