And, the good time of year for food, drink and people continues. We were lucky enough to share a Chinese New Year banquet at Yu restaurant in the Burswood Entertainment Complex. Chef de cuisine, Pat Cheong prepared a nine course banquet of dishes symbolising abundance, prosperity and good health. Thankfully most of the Prosperity Raw Fish pictured stayed in the bowl. Lo hei!
