Turquoise, the title of Greg and Lucy Malouf’s new novel sees the two accomplished chefs and authors travel through the exotic and diverse culture of Turkey. Turquoise brings a beautiful mix of travel, delicious food and recipes but also adventures.

Both Clotilde and the Maloufs will be over for the Festival of Perth.
