If you'd like to learn how make your own Blue Wensleydale ("nice and toothy") cheese, there's a one-day workshop on the 27th of October at Harvey Cheese with Margaret Dorey. Cost is $185 per person and Harvey Cheese is at Lot 11442 South Western Highway, Wokalup.
