Comestibles Professional Cooking Workshops

March will see the start of a new series of professional cooking workshops at comestibles with the City Food and Wine Series. Working the taste buds in combination of food and drink the series will feature:
Curries and Little Creatures - Tuesday 7th of March
Create a range of curries and accompaniments with the chefs at Comestibles
A Picnic to Wow Your Friends - Monday 13th of March
A picnic basket by master chefs Marianne Kempf and Hans Lang
In the Raw- - Monday 20th March
Seafood presentented in the Japanese and Mediterranean Way with chefs from Yahachi and Theo Kailis of Kailis Brothers.
Throw a Prawn on the BBQ - Monday 27th of March
Don Hancey and Peter Manafis create delicious but simple foods for the BBQ
Wines will be by David Mullins.
All classes are $70 per guest and must be booked in advance.
